Welcome to the public repository of FREE resources that we have developed to support the Algebraic Reasoning course in Texas. While many of these resources were developed specifically for our textbook, we are providing them as a service to Texas schools for all schools to use with their Algebraic Reasoning program.

Additional Resources to Support Algebraic Reasoning
Student Exploration Companion — This companion is a consumable student work text containing the Engage and Explore pages from each section of the Algebraic Reasoning textbook. During the preadoption year, teachers reported that it saved time if they were able to have printed pages from the Explore activities that students could write on. Especially if tables and numerical analysis were involved. We are able to provide this low-cost Student Exploration Companion to districts as a supplement to the Algebraic Reasoning textbook. In many cases, purchasing the consumable student work texts is lower than the cost of making copies. Due to copyright restrictions, the Student Exploration Companion is only available to schools or districts that have purchased the Algebraic Reasoning textbook.

Algebra 1 Companion Guide — This companion is a consumable student work text with brief, concise mini-lessons reviewing Algebra 1 skills as they appear in the Algebraic Reasoning textbook. The guide is available exclusively in print and is an interactive consumable student text. The order in which the mini-lessons appear complements the progression in the Algebraic Reasoning textbook. However, this guide could be used for any Algebra 1 EOC preparation program.
Mini-lessons in this book are laser-focused on skills that students need from the Algebra 1 TEKS that support their work both in Algebraic Reasoning and, if necessary, to prepare for standardized tests such as the Algebra 1 EOC or college entrance exams that require Algebra 1 content.
