Cosenza & Associates, LLC, was founded in 2010 by Gary Cosenza and Dr. Paul Gray. We founded this company in order to provide a better organizational structure for putting our expertise to work for schools and districts across Texas and around the nation.
Gary is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cosenza & Associates, LLC. He directs and coordinates sales management, product and service development, and daily operations of the company.
Gary has over 40 years of experience in education, including as a classroom teacher, regional mathematics specialist, director of curriculum, and project manager. He has served in leadership roles in numerous state-level projects, and has extensive experience in both working with teachers at the campus or district level, and managing curriculum development projects. Gary holds a bachelors degree in mathematics from the State University of New York – Brockport and a masters degree in education from Russell Sage College.
Dr. Paul Gray
Paul is the Chief Curriculum Officer of Cosenza & Associates, LLC. He manages the development and production of mathematics and science curriculum resources and professional development activities.
Paul has 20 years of experience in education, including as a classroom teacher, regional mathematics specialist, and director of mathematics and science at the district level. He is active in many local, state, and national professional organizations, and enjoys working with teachers at the campus or district level. Paul holds a bachelors degree in meteorology from the University of Oklahoma, a masters degree in mathematics education from the University of Houston, and a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from the University of Houston.
Judy is the Director of Advanced Academics division of Cosenza & Associates, LLC. She facilitates professional development activities for schools and districts across Texas and leads a team to develop resources that assist teachers of Gifted and Talented students.
Judy has over 30 years of experience in education, including a classroom teacher, G/T facilitator, assistant principal, and most recently, as a specialist in advanced academics at Region 4 Education Service Center in Houston, Texas. Judy is a statewide leader and has worked with the Texas Education Agency on many Advanced Academics State Initiatives, including her favorite, the Texas Performance Standards Project (TPSP). She holds a Bachelor of Teaching degree from Sam Houston State University, a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision degree from University of Houston and G/T Supplemental Certification from the State Board of Texas.
Connie is the Director of Program Implementation for Cosenza & Associates, LLC. She works hand-in-hand with the Cosenza & Associates team to ensure all programs both in use and under development are in alignment with the most current state standards and provides educators using the programs the appropriate professional development and support in preparation of program use with students.
Connie has served 40 years in mathematics education in Texas as a classroom teacher and district coordinator as well as a professional development specialist, curriculum reviewer and writer, and project manager. She is active in many local, state, and national professional associations. Connie received her Bachelor of Arts and Texas teaching certification in mathematics and psychology from the University of Dallas and her Masters of Education in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems and Gifted and Talented Education from the University of North Texas.
Connie and her husband, John, live in Irving, Texas, and are very proud of their three children all of whom are public school educators.
Dr. Kelli Mallory
Kelli is the Director of Product Development for Cosenza & Associates, LLC. She leads the development of high-quality, standards-based instructional materials and serves as a member of the writing and professional development team.
Kelli is a 21-year veteran of mathematics education. She has served as a middle and high school mathematics teacher, a district mathematics coordinator, and both a TEA and regional service center consultant within the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, area. She has served mathematics education through active membership in organizations such as the Texas Association of Supervisors of Mathematics. She presents annually at state and local conferences including CAMT and Texas ASCD and holds a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction as well as a Masters degree in Secondary Education.
Ian has been with Cosenza & Associates, LLC, since its founding and attended college at Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia, and holds professional certification from Kwantlen University College. Ian is active in the local community, including several volleyball leagues, and has participated in the international Deaflympics as a member of the Canadian beach volleyball team.
